Three interviews - one phone and two zoom, with direct boss, and leader of the energy team. They were all very friendly, asked about previous experiences and how I would utilize fellowship.

It started with a phone screen with the hiring manager. Then I completed a writing sample submission. Then it was a first round interview with one of the subject matter experts.

The hiring manager reached out to me with a set of times to interview and I interviewed the following week. The first round was about 30 minutes and was over the phone.
