Thistle Foundation interview questions

I applied online I then had a had a casual phonecall interview followed by a formal interview on zoom. I was contacted a day or so later to offer me the position.

I applied online on the company website. I then had a casual phonecall interview with the Lead Practitioner of the team that I had applied for. He spent some time getting to know me and asked my why I was interested in the role and told me about the role and the client. After this conversation an interview was scheduled on Teams. I was pretty much asked the same questions that I was asked on the phone with a few additional questions.
