Phone interview went very well and in person team interview scheduled. It was then canceled a half hour before it was to begin, letting me know they decided to go a different way. Seemed like they are constantly doing things at the last minute and didn't really know what they wanted for the position. It was just a waste of my time and I think I probably dodged a bullet.
