Interview process was very chill and laid back, rod was an amazing guy to be interviewed by very honest and straight forward with the whole process also he asked questions about myself outside of work, hobbies, ect.

From the first initial meet and greet to the end you could clearly see something special was going on. (Squared Away, and Really Strong Fallow Through!) Textbook process. We are in the people business. The Customer Service skill set unfortunately is becoming a thing of the past for many. Not at Jarboes!!!!
