Interview
Applied through school career center. Got a phone interview after a week. Then I was informed I got the job in 2 days.
The interview lasted about 45mins. Half typical HR questions like introduce yourself, tell us your biggest accomplishment etc. The other half was targeted as how much you know about the industry.
The interview was relatively casual. One engineer and one HR lady were very patiently explaining their questions to you.

Question 1
Two people interviewed me, one from the engineering department, one from the HR.
They asked a few questions regrading to how much you know about mineral processing. Also they were interested in what do you do for recreation, due to the town is pretty small. If you like golf or kayak, or any sort of outdoor activities, this is the place to go!
