Pretty standard interview (during the pandemic). I was reached out to via their Talent Sourcer. She was very kind and the initial interview went well. She noted if I went to the next round I would have a Zoom call with the Personal Stylist Manager in the UK. So, I was a little surprised when she emailed to set up a second call a few days later; a 30 minute call that lasted 5 minutes. I wasn’t offered the role because of my lack of a “substantial” client book. However, I was certainly a little annoyed because nowhere in the job posting did it mention the need for a million dollar plus client book. I mentioned to her that I would certainly put that in the interview feedback. I likely wouldn’t have applied to the role if I knew that.
I will say the interviewer was very kind and professional, so I don’t fault her. She told me they are expanding so keep an eye out for an associate role. Overall the interview process was fine.
