ThreeSixtyEight interview questions

First was a phone interview with a would-be direct supervisor. This was followed by an in-person interview about a week later. Finally, a challenge, which was to show how you handle the type of work you would be doing. After the challenge was an interview with the founders and a Meet the Team interview. It's an exhaustive process to see how much of a fit you would be with their existing team and culture.
