1. Walk me through your campaign management process 2. Asked in depth about using Excel for Performance Marketing
The first round was an initial phone interview with an HR professional. It consisted of a brief introduction of the company and their process of inducting candidates. The interview consisted of some general and some technical questions, judging the personality of the candidate.
