I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thrive Management Group (Staten Island, NY) in May 2019
Interview
I applied to this position and got a call back about two weeks later, the woman I talked to on the phone was very helpful with setting me up with an interview and making me feel comfortable and confident before coming in for my interview. When I came in for my interview I sat down with the CEO of the company for about an hour. They were very informative and left me with no questions. In the interview the CEO went over what someone in this position does on a day to day , the pay , and how you are able to grow in the compnay to get to a management position. At the end of my interview they answered the few questions that I had. I left the interview feeling very good about the position and was excited to be potentially invited back for a second round. I loved the atmosphere that they have for just being there an hour you could tell everyone was very positive, upbeat, and helpful and they genuinely care about your personal goals and how they could help you to achieve them while being with their company

Interview
I was interviewed in February 2019. This job is literally an MLM. Don't waste your time. Seriously, this "company" is a scam. They go to conventions in Dallas and, how coincidentally, so do other scam business companies. The CEO interviewed me told me they have dozens of locations opened all over the US yet when you google the company no search results come up- this is because the "company" has many different names to throw people off/avoid scrutiny.
The job is to go door-to-door and sell Verizon's new 5-G services to people because it's going to be rolled out soon. The owner sat there smugly explaining how he pushed the other door-to-door sales company out of business. It really rubbed me the wrong way. The pay? $400/week for 55+ hours of work (six days a week, too!), aka $7/hour which is below minimum wage. You get some small commissions though. Also, the whole point of this job is to open your own branch eventually- you won't be working for Thrive for more than 10-12 months because you'll be expected to open your own branch after this training period, which you can name anything you want.
Guys, I realized this was an MLM when the "CEO" gave us a handout literally outlining the shape of a pyramid... I also purposely flubbed the interview because I wanted to leave but admittedly felt too awkward to stand up and run out (LOL) and they still called me back for a second interview!! They'll take anyone.
