Interview
The interview consisted of three stages: a 30 min phone screen, then two 1 hour interviews with 2 members of the team each.
There was space to talk about personal interests, past experience and what I'm looking for from my new position as well as to ask questions and find out more about the company, the kind of work done and so on. I think it allowed both parties to gain sufficient impression about each other (my personality for the company and the company culture for me)

Question 1
Talk about past projects, few programming questions ranging from easy with "bonus" moderate to hard questions. There was also a system design question where you have to design a system and establish data structure relationships according to the requirements of the system.
