It was easy. The interviewer is a LCSW and that is who you will ultimately answer to. He was nice and friendly. I wish he would have been able to be my supervisor.

Interview
They offered a relaxed, straightforward interviewing process with HR. I was contacted by email and was scheduled quickly for a preliminary interview. This focused on time management and screening for scheduling availability. After the interview, I received a detailed email describing bonus opportunities and pay structure. My second interview is pending with clinical director. Overall a good experience.

There is an 2 step interview process. Interview process Very straight forward. Hiring team is very responsive and answers any questions you may have. The process moves quickly. Focused on diagnosis management, flexibility with scheduling, managing difficult patients, ADHD treatment guidelines. Pay and benefits discussed during the 1 phase.
