Unstructured, messy, unorthodox of getting information without clear hiring process- be weary of the recruiter or TA, never met any company that does hiring this way, insist on getting hold of prior compensation to determine offer to only not extend the offer afterwards. Likes to conduct communications on wechat instead of official email correspondence
when you interview there is a couple rounds that you have to go through. First is with the sales manager which is around 30 minutes and then with the head of sales for around 30 to 45 minutes.
