I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tibersoft (Westborough, MA) in Jan 2017
Interview
3rd party recruiter contacted me from a job board listing then followed a technical phone call with the architect. Lastly an in-person with the engineers and architect. The architect was clearly not fit for the role as his questions were laughable, to say the least. The only reason they decided not to move forward was because the other candidate had previous work experience that matched with what they were doing. The company had no idea how to properly screen people with all the questions I was asked in-person.

Question 1
Questions based off what you put on your resume. Literally, google the keyword on your resume and the architect will ask that question. Pretty bad start to know that person makes the big decisions for the company.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Tibersoft (Westborough, MA) in Apr 2017
Interview
Got a phone call from the staffing agency, got a phone screening from the team Architect. Then onsite interview is scheduled after.
The interview took ~3 hours and mostly just talking about the company, no whiteboarding whatsoever. The architect is clearly incompetent so if you want to pursue an engineering career then steer away from this company.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tibersoft
Interview
skype and in person. Skype was a bit tough more about the projects you did and your experience on it.
Situation handling question when it comes to in person and team interview as well
