Entrevista en 3 fases, primera RRHH, después Country Manager y finalmente VP of Sales. Proceso bien estructurado. Las primeras dos fases explico mi CV y me explican la posición, la 3a es una prueba lógica + roleplay

Interview
I went through the first 3 of 4 steps of the interview cycle, with a first informal chat, then a reasoning test with a 1 hour time for a business case analysis, then a presentation. After hours spent in the interview process, I would have expected at least a message to communicate I was not selected. That never happened. I believe respect for other people's time should be the first thing, it was clearly not considered as important.
