I met with the hiring manager twice over Teams - the first interview was similar to a typical phone screen, but because it was with the hiring manager and not HR or a recruiter, I got a lot of detail about the role and team. The second interview was more about my experience. I then did a panel interview with a few other members of the marketing team, where I lot a lot of time to ask questions. I also had a call with HR and had a chance to ask more questions about the company and compensation package. Everything moved very quickly, and I had an offer in hand less than two weeks after I applied.

Two calls with hiring manager - call with HR - conference call with 4 different peoplefrom the marketing org at once. My impression is that the company is disorganized and there seems to be no alignment between groups. Hiring manager throws out a salary range, then HR says that is way too high. After the panel interview, they went completely cold. I have not heard back from the hiring manager nor HR. It’s been over two weeks now. Emails and calls go unresponded. The questions they asked were old-fashioned such as where do you see yourself in 5 years and did not address any skills I have acquired over the years. Very unprofessional company. I’m glad I figured this out before an offer came through. Don’t bother applying here.
