I applied online. I interviewed at Tierney (Phila, PA) in May 2017
Interview
Brought in for an interview in their Philly location. They said it was informational in an email prior to our meeting, yet I didn't understand until after the interview— that's really all it was. I met with three separate women all in different departments within Tierney, where I learned more about the company, learned where my skill set background might line up well within the organization, yet they had no open spots and seemed to be uncomfortable talking about the prospect of me gaining an entry level position. (Granted, I hadn't known what they meant my 'informational' interview). All-in-all, Tierney seemed to live up to its reputation as being a formidable full-service agency in the Greater Philadelphia area, but in hindsight, I would've much rather spent that time interviewing with a company looking to hire.

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tierney (Philadelphia, PA) in Mar 2011
Interview
After submitting my resume to HR, I was invited into the office for an interview. I was interviewed by 3 current PR employees. The second interview was performed by upper management. I thought that the people were nice, but were also stressed and overworked.
