Interview
I was interviewed for an Account Manager role at Tiktok, the interviewers were nice, mainly asked about my previous experience and were interested in my professional skills. However, there is very little knowledge from HR who you will be interviewed with, what to prepare and etc, so each time you don't really know what to expect from the interview agenda and who will interview you. In additional, after passing 3 steps, if you don't pass to the 4th one you will just get a generic email from a robot without any details or feedback for a candidate who spent his time and efforts to be accepted. The lack of feedback and personal touch is very frustrating.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your professional experience
How did you deal with clients?
Tell me about your failure and your success story
I had a screening interview with the recruiter and then directly with the manager, which I personally didn’t like because I felt as he was making me a favour to be there
Hr called me, asked me a few questions, intro, why you leave your current company, are you actively looking for new opportunities etc. The interview progress is smooth, and pass me to hiring manager round very smoothly.
5 stages, very long process but they do it quickly if they want you. good compensation, very good benifits. the interviews are also not horrid, they ask reasonable questions. oh my god why does it need to be so long
