Zoom interview after being selected. The interview was about 30 minutes, and was mostly informal. The interviewer was prepared, but was using a virtual TikTok background that kept glitching. They asked standard interview questions about my experience, etc.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TikTok in May 2021

Applied on the career website. Within a week a recruiting coordinator contacted me via email to schedule two virtual interviews. I met with the recruiter and then the next week I met the hiring manager. I did not hear back from anyone at the company after the last interview.
