I was excited to interview with TikTok. The interview process was quick and I was really looking forward to hearing the results and then.....nothing. They told me I'd hear something early the next week. Nothing. They don't give you their contact information so I had a Coordinator's information and reached out to her at the end of that week. She apologized and said I'd probably hear something the next week. Nothing. Now it's been 5 weeks since I completed my final interview and no one has had the decency to tell me I'm not being considered. Such a shame. A company that is on the rise should be more respectful.

Interview
The interview process overall was pretty average. It included three rounds of interviews, each focusing on different aspects of the role, along with a take-home assignment. The structure felt standard, nothing too surprising or unusual.
