It seems as if all the steps for the inverview follows a script. First interview was with an HR person from China only to validate the curriculum, the second interview was with someone related to the job but not from the same team, I thought I had done well since eveytime I answered the interview would say "that is a great example" ... I didn't went through for the following interviews.
