My situation was a bit different since I applied on August 2020 but couldn't continue in the process since all the vacancies were already filled at the moment. They told me they would reach out to me again in the future if more vacancies were available, but to be honest I doubted they would do that. However, they kept their promise and I was contacted by recruiting team several months later. I went straight to the last interview with HR, and a week later I received the job offer. Very happy that the company fulfilled their promise and kept me in the loop! To me that speaks a lot about a company and about their recruiting team :)

First round interview via zoom wasn't the best experience. I felt the interviewer wasn't very professional, but probably is only a matter of culture differences (Chinese interviewer). I was asked very repetitive questions and seemed to me that they were more interested about the processes I perform in my current job and how I solve them than in finding out about my interpersonal skills and potential for the vacancy. There was kind of a language barrier: I think my interviewer wasn't fully understanding my answers. In the end I asked her a question but her answer was something unrelated to what I actually asked.
