Long and twisty. Two months after a phone call + an online interview, I learnt that the position I was interested in had been put on hold. They told me about a vacancy for the same role in a different team, so I agree to attend a second interview with a different TL.

During my second online interview: generic and silly questions like "Did you ever work toward KPIs?" (I mean: "Who didn't??") from an annoyed and uninterested TL who was killing time and had not even looked at my CV.

Easy and smooth process. 4 stages interviews so be ready to WAIT as it’s a very long process, I think it was a couple of months for me before I got the offer.
