It was a pretty standard process after submitting my resume: A phone screen with HR/recruitment followed by round 1 , 2 and 3 with product and relevant stakeholders. The role seemed to be in London but the interview was done by folk who were in other locations.

Some scenarios to talk through and explain prior experience building product. It was a role for their seller platform but wanted someone who could extract data from it to build additional data products. Though they had my resume and were aware I work in B2B, they ended up wanting someone with prior B2C experience.. which was a shame and waste of time.
My worst interview experience ever. I think the entire process. The interviewer is so impatient and she's just like giving a lot of bully and disagreement, and I feel just a lot of disrespect.

The interview process consisted of 4 rounds:
Recruiter Screen - Standard 30-minute call covering background, motivation, and logistics (relocation willingness, start date)
Hiring Manager Round - Focused on product sense and strategic thinking.
Technical Round - One round with an engineer covering technical PM questions. Expected to discuss system architecture, data governance, and technical trade-offs
Product Lead Interview - Deep dive into product strategy, leadership approach, and ability to handle complex product challenges
It was 5 rounds of interview, and the process was quick and structured. I was interviewing with hiring managers and skip managers in different timezones from US or China. Each interview was a little bit different in terms of questions, but they all focused on your past experience and deep dive into past case studies. Be prepared to elaborate on how you deal with different situations.
