We scheduled Phone interview, then received a rejection email a couple days after. It was nice that they actually followed up. Most places don’t and just ghost you. The questions were asked weren’t particularly difficult, they were pretty standard about my experience with digital media and client experiences.

Question 1
What are some difficult experiences with clients you’ve faced?
Screening RH classique, puis entretien avec le futur N+1, puis entretien Case Study avec un panel de 3 personnes, puis entretien avec le futur N+2, puis entretien avec le General Manager
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at TikTok (London, England) in Oct 2025
Interview
Couldn't get an interview with TikTok after dozens of applications despite having over 10 years of paid social experience in agencies and client side. Finally got a referral and the feedback was that my career has been too focused on paid social....that's literally what the job entails and requires you to know.
Not sure what kind of discriminatory policies TikTok have but that's one of the worst excuses I've ever heard
