The interview was scheduled at 8 PM my local time cuz the interviewer is based in China. They were yawning during the interview that somehow makes me feel they were a little be disrespectful.
They arranged 3 rounds of interviews with all team members, not the hiring manager. I felt like it was not the typical process because one of them said they were changing the direction of this role.

A really technical case and how to solve the pain point.
2 rounds of interviews with managers, first round very smooth, 2nd round is a bit hard. Ghosted after the second round interview. There was no answer even after reaching out to the recruiter

What do you do if staff underperforms in the team?
Hr called me, asked me a few questions, intro, why you leave your current company, are you actively looking for new opportunities etc. The interview progress is smooth, and pass me to hiring manager round very smoothly.
