I had an HR screen and two Zoom interviews. Process was quick and the HR manager followed up consistently and promptly to schedule follow up interviews. First interviewer was very friendly and engaged; second interviews, less so, and asked questions that made it harder to share my experience / why I was a good fit for the job.

just some question about experience by a recruiter and ask me if I am willing to relocate and my expectation for salary and working under time difference something like that
The process from HR to interview has been one of the most unorganized interviews I have ever had. I applied to several roles within the company and HR had sent the wrong position level, job location, and job posting description with the manager I was interviewing with. There was no communication on what to expect on the interviews compared to other major tech companies that tend to over prepare you on what will be asked on the interview. No communication post interview and was ignored and ghosted by HR. Would have appreciate a simple email given the time and effort spent to prepare for an interview.
