Long process, but professional. Each stage of interview contained different questions, need to prepare a lot of different examples related to the role, star method is must. Overall positive experience
It was a difficult interview but otherwise enjoyed the opportunity. Everyone was very professional and asked mostly behavioral questions related to potential risk assessments and frameworks in an e-commerce landscape.
A recruiter reached out to me by email and let me answer a few questions through email, and the same person scheduled a 30-minute phone screening with me for some housekeeping questions. The hiring manager round was 45 minutes, which was schedule one week after the HR screening

Primeiro processo com o RH global. Segunda etapa com o gerente da vaga. E depois a empresa sumiu sem algum feedback. Vai fazer 2 meses desde a segunda etapa e nenhum retorno da empresa.
