Interview
Very laid back and relaxed. Seemed informal, they were building a new team so it felt a little but like an exploration more than an interview. I had three interviews and the last being with someone that just joined the team.
4 interviews - interviews with your department, cross functional teams & department leads. Questions range from experience based questions to scenario tests to measure your aptitude to deal with multiple projects and prioritise tasks

Production Experience over the last 3 years (digital campaigns, shoot production, post prod, social, creator management)
A very quick and introductory interview over video call - decided that relocating wasn’t worth it. A very simple 1st round interview with generic questions, just decided not to move forward but they were very polite.
