Three rounds of interviews: first with HR, then with the head of the team you’d be working for, then with the head of the whole department. Department head interview was the most challenging. The process was similar to interviewing for most companies in that regard. Huge focus on data analytics.

Recruiter reached out via linked in and we had a conversation and then she set up and interview with someone from their team in China. The recruiter was wonderful- nothing bag to say about that early experience but the person I interviewed with after was extremely rude and short.
