The interview process consisted of a 30-minute virtual session conducted through Lark. The interviewer first asked about my motivation for applying to the Beauty Intern position, allowing me to explain my interest in the role and TikTok as a platform. This was followed by a discussion of the details on my CV, where I was asked to elaborate on my past experiences and relevant skills. The session concluded with a series of behavioural questions.
