Hands down one of the best interview experience I had. Being a remote first company TD's employees have instilled the core values - inclusivity, transparency and value candidate's time. Emmanuel was fantastic to work with. From setting up interviews, giving visibility into the hiring process, maintaining the rapport till I was onboarded it was all great throughout. Interview experience is a reflection of how we'll be treated once we're onboarded I was sold on their values.

Excellent experience.
There were five stages in the process, including four interviews. Everyone was punctual, respectful, clear about the opportunity and asked relevant questions.
A highlight was the two-stage sales role play, when I had the opportunity to meet part of the team I work with today.
When I received the offer, I told them I had recently found out about my first pregnancy and received a very kind response.
