We appreciate your feedback regarding your interview with Timeshare Termination Team, and regret to hear your experience fell short of the standards to which we hold ourselves. The interview process described above is certainly not reflective of the level of professionalism we instill in our team. We have revamped our entire recruiting, selection, and training process and are very proud of its effectiveness.
It is true that in-person training is required (albeit has been shortened to 1-2 weeks) to ensure we uphold our commitment to serving all clients to the best of our ability through their timeshare exit journeys. This also provides new team members with the opportunity to meet their colleagues and leadership team, and learn about the company’s values, culture and mission first-hand. We apologize this wasn’t the best fit for you and wish you the best in your career.
