      I interviewed at Tinybird

      Interview

The team was responsive throughout the process. During the interview, the role was described differently from the job posting - the title mentioned was different, and some of the technical areas highlighted in the description were said to not be central to the position. When I brought up questions related to product adoption and market fit, the conversation was not encouraged. Overall, I found it difficult to understand what the role actually entailed or what the evaluation criteria were, which made the experience hard to navigate as a candidate.
