Tip Top Solutions interview questions

First there was a phone call interview of a few brief questions to see if qualify to come in for initial interview. First face to face interview was 25 mins with what brought you to us and tell me about yourself. Then discussed the position to see if you are still interested and if chosen, then to come back for a second interview which would be 20 mins and then decided if you go out to a site for a bit for final review if you will fit with this company.
