      Talent Acquisition Coordinator Interview

      Mar 19, 2020
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      San Mateo, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Tipalti (San Mateo, CA) in Dec 2019

      Interview

I was contacted by Gina, their recruiter, back in December 2019 and was very excited that I got an on site interview. The on site seemed very organized and the team was very warm and welcoming. A week after my interview I got a hold of the manager who told me that she would have her boss contact me the following day as the next step. It has been 4 months now and I have not heard from the recruiter or the manager even after emailing them. The recruiter rarely responded to my emails to begin with. They didn't seem to be well organized and I eventually lost interest in the company. As a recruiter, I believe that delivering a positive candidate experience and communication until the very end is essential to your role and if you can not fulfill that then maybe you should not take on more candidates than you can handle. It looks like a nice company to work for and I would have taken the opportunity if I was offered one.
