Everyone was super proffessional and nice till i got to the last interview which was with the CEO. Incredibly awkward unlikeable person. Super ironic that he kept saying he only wanted to hire the 0.001% top talent but kept insisting that he didn't like to do raises. After that i kept getting ghosted till i got a soulless automatic rejection. Dodged a bullet, he was angling as if he was going to low ball me, clearly cares more about nickel and diming his employees more than what he cares about getting talented people.
The team looked super green, which it's not their fault, but just a result of someone who's priority is to spend as little as he can in salaries, so be aware that it's probably an uphill battle to work with.
If you want to get a job offer, the first part is pretty easy, just be somewhat competent at what you do, for the final interview just play into the CEO's ego and you'll probably get far.
