This was a very sketchy interview. The interviewer was very dodgy regarding structure of the company, what I could expect in terms of support and compensation once I brought up my concerns over some of the reviews on glassdoor.
Compensation plan is straight out of a pyramid MLM.
Candidates BEWARE! This is no different opportunity than CUTCO... Selling a very expensive product in order to pay a lot of other people in the system. You will spin your wheels trying to sell this expensive product.
Got "selected" right away from a lot of candidates. They fool you into thinking you are something special....

Very professional, took place on line asked good questions, answered all questions professionally. Seemed very experienced in answer questions, looks like they are trying to grow company in a positive manner. Move from Cali to AZ seems smart in growing company and saving on taxes
