      Senior Zendesk Architect Interview

      May 7, 2026
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Togetherwork in Apr 2026

      Interview

One interview, over the phone. Questions were standard and easy. Clearly designed just to get a grasp of my knowledge. I answered all questions easily and with depth. The interviewer gave me positive feedback, and then ghosted me for three weeks. Eventually, I received a generic email from the Head of Talent asking for my feedback on the hiring experience. I responded and explained I had never received an update on my application. Two days later, I received a generic rejection email, but no response to my email to the Head of Talent. It seems the Togetherwork team doesn't actually care about treating candidates with dignity, and that culture of disregard and disrespect likely is an internal issue, as well. Don't waste your time, and avoid this company.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I reviewed our records regarding this position and wanted to provide some additional context. For this particular role, Togetherwork initially partnered with several external staffing agencies to help identify and screen candidates before transitioning to an internally managed recruitment process. The role was posted publicly on our careers site on April 1, 2026, and our records show the first application received directly through our system on April 2, 2026. After reviewing our applicant tracking system, I was unable to locate a record of an internal Togetherwork interview that occurred on April 1. It is possible that your initial conversation took place with one of the staffing agencies supporting the search prior to our internal interview process beginning. That said, we recognize that our agency partners are an extension of the Togetherwork brand. If there was a gap in communication during the transition from agency-led sourcing to our internal recruitment efforts, we sincerely apologize for the frustration that may have caused. Providing candidates with timely communication and a respectful experience is important to us, and we take feedback like yours seriously as we continue to evaluate and improve our hiring processes. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.
