Just a little over a year ago a technical recruiter approached me about a job opportunity with TolTeq and he arranged an interview for me with them. I was hesitated at first since I am in Houston and the company is in Austin, but I went ahead and made a trip there with my wife on our own expense (since the company doesn't pay for it). I got there around noon for the interview. Met HR, the hiring manager, and the technical lead and spend three hours for the interview. No water was offered. After the interview was completed, they just walked me out the door, no thank you no water offered. We left for home right after the interview and briefed the recruiter. For two weeks I didn't hear from them. I called the hiring manager few times but was put to voice mail each time. Finally the hiring manager told the recruiter no. Still no thank you. I was glad there was no offer because I would have just rejected it. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend to anyone to interview with this company.
