After completing the application, I was contacted via email regarding my interview. This was very early in the COVID 19 scare so the interview was via zoom. I was provided with a copy of the job description to prepare in advance. I was sent a copy of the interview questions as I was invited into the chat (allowing the same time to prepare as other candidates had and in an attempt to mimic their typical face to face interview approach). It was a panel interview with each person taking the time to ask questions and note responses. Questions were typical of what would be expected regarding my fit for the position. I was contacted the same day and offered the position.
