A lot of jumping back and forth with questions, indicating a unstructured way of holding the interview. Very focused on having to speak Norwegian, which is not really a mandatory thing for the companies I could work for. As long as you can read, write and talk basic, it would be sufficient for any IT job in 2-3 line support. The interviewer insisted on the need for certifications within certain fields, and fully ignoring the experience and knowledge shown.
