Top3 Media interview questions

Being full time employed, I was seeking for a change in environment and sent out my resume to a few PR companies, Top3 was one of those. My interviewer came in greeting with a really low cut dress and did not introduce about herself, the organization or provide me with any job description. As there was no job description, I could not find a direction to adhere to during the interview process, rather, I chose the approach to answer her honestly. She could have handled it better, but I would humbly deduce that she is not experienced nor qualify to interview any potential employees, due to the lack of direction and her speech incohesion, she also did not prepare very well either and had no idea how potential employees could add value to the organization. The questions were not experience or technical skills oriented, all I knew was that they were looking for someone awesome. I can safely conclude that I have not been shortlisted since the interviewer chose to not communicate afterwards but the fact that I took half a day off being a full time working professional was met with the lack of communication is unappreciated and in my humble opinion, it is very unprofessional. Being a PR professional, the interviewer should have known better to equip herself with the skills and knowledge needed to handle other working professionals.
