Quick phone screen with HR, then they set up interview with hiring manager, you take online tests, and if you get 2nd round, you meet with VP . Offer was made on low end of salary range , so dont expect much. And Don't attempt to negotiate salary or else they will withdraw their offer. They don't seem to like to be challenged about that. Know your worth, stand your ground, move on if they low ball you.

Interview
Interviewed for a job that was advertised as a full time, salary position. This information was reiterated in the initial phone screening that I had as well as the first in-person panel interview that I participated in at the company office. Took about 2 weeks to hear back after the first interview, met with the VP for the second interview and then had to reach out after about a week to see if a decision had been made. It was at this time that they offered me a temp position- no benefits- for 60 days. This was not the position that was advertised or that I interviewed for. Definitely very disappointing and overall a bait and switch, I declined the offer.
