I went through four rounds of interviews with the CEO, CFO, and VP of Marketing. I was then ghosted. No reply, not a single ounce of communication. I think after four rounds of interviews, I would deserve a “thank you for your time but we went in another direction”. I sent 3 follow up emails within the 3 weeks after my final interview. Nothing.
