I went through an employee referral. Got a call from the recruiter on the same day, he was incredibly effective in sharing the process, culture and in answering my questions. I met the co-founder a couple of days later for the first round. The interview was well-structured, he was respectful of my time and asked the right questions. I didn't get to proceed further but they ensured to call me and give a detailed feedback about my application. No complaints. The entire process felt honest.
