I appreciate how quickly Torch moves. I applied on the 7th, received a phone interview invitation on the 10th, had my second round interview on the 14th, and completed my final round today, the 20th. Not bad at all. I was told I would hear back early next week, so while I don’t know the outcome yet, Torch and their recruiter, Alicia, did an awesome job keeping the process moving efficiently.
