For the first stage, I was interviewed by a HR personnel and a senior backend developer. I was asked to give a brief description about myself and why I wanted to work for the company. I was then asked to review some piece of python program. For the second stage which I did not pass, I was given a Django code to fix the bugs and to add some features of which I did but was given no feedback as to why my application couldn't be continued.
