This is my first interview. Group interview session. 4 person, 1 from uitm and 3 from unikl. The interviewer is Amalina. She very nice. They explained very detail about the job and the company. Act my background study is in Instrumentation and Control Engineering. She very concerned and ask me is it okay from instrument to the marketing and service.

basically they just tell you about their job scope and the history of their company. they ask about family background and willingness to work in johor. the interview is a group interview and no pressure

Interview
Filled out online application, had a group interview a couple weeks later at their offices in Midrand. Have to try and answer the questions first from the other applicants, can't repeat what was said. Then there is a follow up interview a week later, skills related.
