Total Glass Solutions interview questions

You get notice that you're supposed to call some number, which turns out to be a calling center. They ask what city you're in and schedule the interview for you. You show up at an office off the S Loop near the football stadium. A guy hands you a personality test that's like eight questions long. And you explain that you're a good guy who's really eager, and by the end of the day he has offered you a job. The pitch they give you on how your salary is computed is a little slick, and I left the interview thinking there was a base salary -- there isn't.
