Cattle call, not personal, made to feel inferior, most of the people that work there are egotistical. If you like that sort of environment.....go for it. I don’t, so I didn’t. If you are smart.....RUN!! Don’t look back. They think they are the only job opportunity in West Michigan and have the best hiring technique. They DON’T! They will tell potential employees that they are no good for them and no good anywhere else. Very demeaning and judgemental. Don’t return phone calls. “You get what you deserve” is their motto. Do not consider you a human being but a number.
